The parameters for the indicator's calculations can be changed by locating and opening the Javascript Code under Data Building Procedure -> Procedure Loop under "OBV EMA" Procedure Loop.
Example:
This indicator can be used as a confirmation to a primary indicator. An example of a confirmation could be when the OBV value exceeds it's EMA: 
 chart.at15min.OBVEMA.value > chart.at15min.OBVEMA.ema
