Summary: The Relative Volume (RVOL) indicator calculates the projected volume using linear regression, and presents any deviation from the expected output as a potential entry point for a trade.
RVOL on the Charts
The calculated "Anomaly" value, if above the moving average value can be used as a potential entry point to a trade as it signifies extra volume is happening around the current level of price action.

The moving average length, and standard deviation thresholds of the indicator's calculations can be changed by locating and opening the Javascript Code under Data Building Procedure -> Procedure Loop under "RVOL" Procedure Loop.
