At Superalgos, we take pride in the level of support we offer to newcomers and the Community in general. It is a crucial aspect of our culture, based above all on collaboration. The Support Program enables the Community to compensate Community Mods contributing to the project’s support efforts.

Superalgos is a vast system and the learning curve is still quite steep. Many users need help, particularly during the early stages.
While the Community is always ready to help with typical questions, we’ve noticed that it takes a certain level of experience and knowledge to provide effective support. This is why select Community Mods are in charge of the Support Group.
To participate, you must spawn the Support Program and declare your favorite supporters. To do that, add a User Supporter node and use it to establish a reference to the User Profile of the person that has helped you the most! If you have more than one favorite supporter, add more User Supporter nodes!
If you seldom use the Support Group, that may be thanks to the effort put in crafting tutorials and documentation. If that is your case, then feel free to select the individuals or teams doing this work as your preferred supporters!

Becoming a Community Mod
Governance->Concept->Community Mods->Definition
Summary: If you have a knack for lovingly explaining things, find pleasure in helping people, and wish to give back to the project, becoming a Community Mod may be great for you and the project!
Governance->Concept->Community Mods->Content
To become a Community Mod, you must go deep into the rabbit hole, study the Docs and tutorials, and start using the system. It takes a deep understanding of how things work before you’re able to explain it to someone else. That said, it doesn’t take much to help newcomers with the easier questions. You may get involved and participate in the Community Group and Support Group, and, at some point, we’ll draft you to join the team!
